Snappy Cheese Wafers

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup butter, soft

¼ to ½ teaspoon red pepper

½ teaspoon dry mustard

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup self-rising flour

2 cup crisp rice cereal

Combine cheese and margarine. Cream till smooth using an electric mixer. Add pepper, mustard, and flour; mix well, stir in rice cereal

Form dough into small balls.

Flatten with fork to make wafers. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet

Bake at 300 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Store in an airtight container.
