Buttery Mini Muffins

What could be better than three ingredients?  

1 cup self-rising flour
1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup sour cream

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 

In a small bowl combine flour, butter and sour cream. 

Coat 12 cup muffin pan with baking spray.

Fill each cup with a spoonful of batter.

Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes or till golden.

Add a dollop of fruity preserves.....yum!
